DESCRIPTION:
A complete guidance program to change your nutrition and lifestyle pattern to reverse and manage your hormonal imbalances.
Work on your hormonal health to manage the imbalances with natural foods and lifestyle modifications.
- Well manageable diet to manage your weight and regularise the periods cycle.
- We go from basic strength training workouts for 30 min from week 1 and slowly increase the pace to intermediate 35-40 min workout from week 2 & 3 and complete the course with 45 min full paced strength training workouts.
- The workouts will be from youtube that are chosen and can be accessed anytime anywhere from the comfort of your home.
WHAT WE GIVE YOU:
- One diet chart with 15 days diet that is to be followed for twice during the course. The meals consists of whole nutritious and well balanced foods.
- Herbal teas will be suggested as we strongly believe that herbs has the healing power more effectively. If needed you can buy from Amazon. We will be giving guidance to buy.
- We do not support any fad diets, and liquid diets. As each and every body is unique. The methodology of eating healthy will be taught. This course has no diet but a lot of lifestyle changes into it.
- Seed cycling knowledge and the concept of healing your gut will be taught.
- Based on your health concern, Recorded yoga asanas will be shared individually for those who paid 500INR extra, Lifetime access will be given for this asanas.

- There will not be any telephonic conversation for this program.
- Once you have the diet plan you, just follow it and send us updates on WhatsApp Daily. Clarify doubts, get suggestions and recommendations by just messaging us.
- After the session you can very well converse through whatsapp.
- I strongly recommend daily interactions of your meal pattern and post workout sweaty pic updation through whatsapp. Only then we will be able to analyse if your body is adapting to the changes.

All the exercise routine will be shared daily. Mostly we will have YouTube videos from beginners 30min workouts – intermediate 40min workouts- Advanced 50min workout.
RESULTS:
Imagine like I am planting a seed in you. The seed is the food habits, lifestyle knowledge. But if you fail to water it daily then the seed will not grow. So it Is always, 20% from my side and the remaining 80% of the effort of healing you and your body is from your side. You should water it daily by practising the skills that is taught.
