- One diet chart with 15 days diet that is to be followed throughout one trimester. The meals consists of whole nutritious and well balanced foods.
- We do not support any fad diets, and liquid diets. As each and every body is unique. Healthy foods and recipe access will be provided.

- As soon as you enroll you will receive an enrolment form to be filled. Any medical reports are to be submitted along with the form.
