I’m Lavanya, a women’s health and fertility coach helping women restore hormonal balance, boost fertility, and regain energy through science-based nutrition and lifestyle changes. I specialize in PCOS, menstrual health, and metabolic wellness, empowering women with personalized guidance to build sustainable habits, understand their bodies, and achieve lasting health and confidence.

My Story

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was in 12th grade. Irregular cycles became normal, and over the years I faced pregnancy complications and difficult post-delivery health challenges. Frequent hospital visits and worsening symptoms left me feeling helpless.

Everything changed the day I was told I would need to depend on medication for life.

That moment pushed me to learn, research, and understand my body. I transformed my lifestyle, lost nearly 30 kilos, and slowly restored my health. Today, my cycles are regular, my energy is stable, and life feels simple again.

This journey inspired me to become a coach — to help women reclaim their health naturally and confidently.

I support women through an integrative nutrition and hormone health approach that focuses on restoring balance, improving lifestyle habits, and strengthening the body’s natural healing capacity. By combining science-based nutrition, stress management, movement, and sustainable routines, I help women better understand their bodies and make informed health choices.

As a hormone health coach, my role is to guide, educate, and support you in improving overall wellness and hormonal balance. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Instead, I work alongside your healthcare providers to help you build habits that support long-term health and vitality.
