- All program enrollments are final. We do not provide refunds once you have enrolled.
- As all our programs and resources are digital in nature, they are considered used once access is granted. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for dissatisfaction, medical concerns, or lifestyle circumstances.
- Upon enrollment, program procedures and onboarding details will be shared. The program officially begins once your diet plan is delivered.
- Active participation is essential. If there is no response from your end despite multiple follow-ups, the program will be considered completed as scheduled.
- Once the program duration is over, we will not be able to extend support or continue guidance via WhatsApp or other platforms.
- Except for 1-1 programs, responses and support are provided based on enrollment order and message receipt. We kindly request your patience while waiting for a reply.
- In the rare case of an error from our side that prevents service delivery, a full refund will be issued.

- We reserve the right to revoke services without refund in cases of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
