Refund, Conduct & Disclaimer Policy

  • All program enrollments are final. We do not provide refunds once you have enrolled.
  • As all our programs and resources are digital in nature, they are considered used once access is granted. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for dissatisfaction, medical concerns, or lifestyle circumstances.
  • Upon enrollment, program procedures and onboarding details will be shared. The program officially begins once your diet plan is delivered.
  • Active participation is essential. If there is no response from your end despite multiple follow-ups, the program will be considered completed as scheduled.
  • Once the program duration is over, we will not be able to extend support or continue guidance via WhatsApp or other platforms.
  • Except for 1-1 programs, responses and support are provided based on enrollment order and message receipt. We kindly request your patience while waiting for a reply.
  • In the rare case of an error from our side that prevents service delivery, a full refund will be issued.

  • We maintain a respectful, supportive environment for all clients. Poor attitude, disrespectful behavior, or non-cooperative conduct can seriously limit program effectiveness and our professional relationship.
  • We respect and value every client and expect the same in return so we can deliver the best support possible.
  • We reserve the right to revoke services without refund in cases of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

  • Results are not guaranteed. Due to bio-individuality, outcomes vary from person to person.
  • Many factors influence results, including consistency, lifestyle, medical history, stress levels, and adherence to guidance.
  • Any projections or success examples shared in marketing materials represent opinions and possibilities, not guarantees.

  • Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds will not be provided for customers who do not ensure the program is the right fit before purchase.

  • We do not offer partial refunds. Bonuses, add-ons, extensions, or exclusive resources are non-refundable under any circumstances.
