❌Who should not use castor oil packs ?
It is important to note that castor oil packs should not be used during pregnancy or after confirming you pregnancy, menstruation, ovulation or if you have an open wound or infection. Please track your ovulation period with an ovulation kit and avoid during that phase. Post ovulation weekly twice can be used. It is also important to consult a healthcare professional before using castor oil packs for any health concerns.

How should we use castor oil packs ?
👉🏻Take 1 tbsp of castor oil and apply on top of liver and lower abdomen and massage well in a circular directions for 3-5 min.
👉🏻Cover your liver and abdomen with the wrap cloth ( using a 3 layered wrapping is very important, as the cloth acts as a band aid to absorb the toxins from our body )
👉🏻If you are using during the daytime the pack should be left on for 1-2 hrs. Keep your digestive system off before having the pack on. Keeping your stomach empty can give better results.
👉🏻If you are using during the nighttime the pack can be left on for whole night, as better cleansing can take place only while sleeping. Apply the pack after 2 hours of taking dinner. Practising early dinner is important.
👉🏻Morning you can wash as you take bath. Its important to wash the cloth weekly once with any bio wash liquids. And replace the wrap cloth every 3 months once.
